Terms & Conditions

Variations

Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and variations may occur in size and materials due to the hand made nature of some goods. We reserve the right to substitute materials/goods with similar where necessary, substitutions will always be as close as possible to the original and of equal or greater value.

Payments

All online payments on this website are made through our secure server Paypal. All orders made by you to this website are subject to successful payment, acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order up to the point of dispatch for any reason. We will notify you via email if this occurs and reinburse all funds. All goods supplied by MissLucylu remain the property of MissLucylu until full payment has been accepted and cleared.

Dispatch

Goods are despatched as soon as possible. Generally, please allow 5-7 days. Personalised and handmade items may take 7-10 days. Items needed for certain date must be specifically requested via email before payment. 

Delivery

All Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery at a flat rate fee of 3.75 regardless of how much you spend. Customers who require delivery for a certain date should email to ensure it is possible. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. If there is no one in at the time of delivery, your parcel will be sent to your local depot for you to collect. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in these circumstances, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to sign for deliveries.

Pricing

Prices listed are in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices of our products are correct at time of entering information. However, we reserve the right to change prices or description at any time without prior notice, but not after an order has been accepted.
The postage charge for each item is listed along with each item description. The total price of your order is the item price plus the postage charge (UK only).

Cancelling An Order

We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible, therefore cancelling an order may not always be possible. However, please send us an email to info@misslucylu.co.uk and we will confirm whether the order has been despatched. Personalised and handmade items are not refundable. P&P charges are not refundable.
 
Returns and Refunds
 
If you wish to return goods you are not delighted with, please notify us at info@misslucylu.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Then return your product (enclosing a note with the details and the reason why you are returning) in its original condition and packaging to the returns address. Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you return the parcel using recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please retain proof of purchase as you will need this to make a claim with Royal Mail if the item is lost. Goods are returned at your expense. Please return the goods within 7 working days after receiving the order.
We will refund the value of the returned item, provided the goods are in perfect condition. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable. Please note we can only refund to the card used to purchase the goods originally.

In the unlikely event that the goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@misslucylu.co.uk and follow the returns process as outlined above. Please note that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you return the parcel using recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please retain proof of postage as you will need this to make a claim with Royal Mail if the item is lost.  Please return the goods within 7 working days after receiving the order.

We store information when enquiries and Catalogue Requests are e-mailed to us. So that we can respond electronically. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site.
